Guenther Appointed Chair of OSBA Construction Law Committee
Taft Columbus attorney Joe Guenther has been appointed Chair of the Ohio State Bar Association’s (OSBA) Construction Law Committee.
The committee works to improve the justice system by keeping Ohio lawyers informed about the latest court decisions and regulatory changes. It also comments on bills before the Ohio General Assembly and drafts its own legislative proposals to improve existing laws.
Chairpersons selected for this honor have demonstrated excellence in their practice area as well as outstanding leadership and a commitment to the profession and the rule of law.
Guenther is an attorney in Taft’s Columbus office and dedicates his practice to the construction and real estate development industries. Guenther is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law as well as the Builder’s Exchange of Central Ohio. He has provided his services as a volunteer attorney for the legal aid societies of Cleveland and Columbus, as well as the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation. in various commercial, tort, and contract matters involving construction.
