Hawley and Abrams Discuss Advances in eDiscovery for ABA Seminar
Taft attorneys Alicia Hawley and James Abrams will participate in the ABA Section of Litigation Commercial & Business Litigation Committee seminar “Managing Advances in Technology and eDiscovery,” on May 13, 2021. For more information or to register to attend, click here.
Abrams will moderate and Hawley will serve as one of the panelists for the discussion on considerations for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data in the age of collaboration tools and mobile communications, and leveraging sophisticated analytics and technology assisted review without having to be an expert.
Hawley serves as chair of the eDiscovery and Litigation Services group at Taft. As both a former corporate criminal investigations litigator and in-house counsel, she has a unique perspective on case development through the eDiscovery process. Her expertise includes both routine and complex eDiscovery issues, best practices, case development, fact investigations, and narrative development.
Abrams is a partner in Taft’s Litigation group and represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation with a concentration on commercial matters. He is co-chair of the largest committee of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section.
