Hayden Selected to Serve as Nominating Committee Chair for Brighton Center
Taft Cincinnati partner Jeremy Hayden was recently appointed Chair of Brighton Center’s Nominating Committee. Brighton Center is the largest social services agency in Northern Kentucky and provides family support services, education, employment, and leadership opportunities to aide individuals and families in the community in reaching self-sufficiency.
In his role, Hayden will serve for two years and help identify, recruit, and nominate board candidates whose values align with Brighton Center’s mission and vision. Hayden has helped govern and guide the agency’s operations for more than a decade, having served as a board member since 2013 and as Board Chair from 2016-2018.

Hayden is strongly committed to community involvement and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he teaches State and Local Taxation. Hayden is a past president of the Cincinnati chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and is also a board member for United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
Hayden is chair of Taft’s State and Local Tax practice. He advises clients on matters relating to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax, and estate and succession planning. Representative clients have included businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
