Taft Cincinnati partner Jeremy Hayden recently spoke at the 2024 Executive Summit for Vistage, the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for mid-market business leaders. Hayden presented “The “Perfect” Pre and Post-Transaction Personal Roadmap” on exit and succession planning. The presentation focused on the key point when owners decide to sell their business and how to get the highest price while keeping as much of the proceeds as possible. Hayden co-presented with Tyler Holocher and Scott Hiles of USB Wealth Management.
