Taft attorney Zachary Heck has been elected to the board of directors of Brigid’s Path. Brigid’s Path provides inpatient medical care for drug-exposed newborns and non-judgmental support and advocacy to improve family outcomes. Brigid’s Path is the first facility of its kind in Ohio, and only the second in the nation. 

Heck’s practice focuses on privacy and data security. Specifically, he assists clients in the areas of privacy compliance, defense litigation, class action defense and guidance in the aftermath of an information security event, including data breach. He speaks and writes regularly on cutting-edge data privacy and cybersecurity issues and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the field of United States laws and regulations.
