Steve Henke has joined Taft’s Litigation group as an associate in the firm’s Indianapolis office.

Henke’s experience includes a wide range of lawsuits involving residential real estate transactions, noncompetition agreements, employment law, construction contracts, shareholder disputes, disclosure of confidential information, class actions, and eminent domain matters. Prior to private practice, he worked within federal and state courts around Indiana.

Henke earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from Wabash College and J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, he served as the executive editor for the Indiana Law Journal’s Online Supplement and on the executive boards for two large pro bono organizations.

Henke serves on the executive committee of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division and as a director of the Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men. He is also a member of the Indianapolis State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Law Club, and several other organizations.
