Taft Chairman and Managing Partner Bob Hicks will serve as a moderator at the Great Lakes ACG Capital Connection^® on Sept. 5-6 in Indianapolis. He will moderate the session titled “Family Offices. Focus on growth in Family Offices and compare/contrast to more traditional PE.”

Hicks serves as Chairman of Taft’s Executive Committee and Managing Partner of the firm. He focuses his practice on complex business and commercial transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, structured financings, business advisory services and structural tax matters. He serves as outside counsel for the largest private equity fund in Indiana, along with several other substantial and successful businesses.
