Hollander Brings Insurance Coverage Dispute Practice to Taft
Taft welcomes Adam K. Hollander to the firm’s Insurance Litigation practice in the Chicago office.
For more than 30 years, Hollander has guided policyholders through insurance coverage disputes involving virtually every type of policy, including but not limited to first-party property, business interruption, general liability, professional liability, D&O and entity liability, employer liability, rep and warranty, product recall, and crime and fidelity coverage.
Hollander’s clients have included world leaders in the chemical, packaging, real estate, banking, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food service, telecommunications, hospitality, retail, auto part, and child product manufacturing industries, and in the commodities and futures markets. Over the course of his career, he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars of unpaid claims and damages on behalf of policyholders across the country.
Hollander received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a B.A. from Indiana University. He is recognized in Chambers USA for Insurance: Dispute Resolution and Best Lawyers in America.
