Holman Selected for Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel Membership
Following a rigorous nomination process, Taft Cleveland ligation partner Ronald D. Holman, II has been selected for membership in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). Holman is a business litigator who defends litigation and class actions, including matters involving commercial disputes, unfair and deceptive consumer sales practices, fraud, violations of statutory law, employment law, and workers’ compensation issues. He represents clients before state and federal courts, Ohio appellate courts, the Supreme Court of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, among other courts.
