Taft Cleveland partner Jen Horn will be recognized as a 2024 Progressive Women honoree at the Smart Women Breakfast & Awards on April 25. The 2024 Smart Women Breakfast recognizes the achievements of leading businesswomen and effective women’s programs through the Smart Women Awards program.

Horn focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. She has served as outside corporate counsel to several global corporations, providing legal guidance on commercial agreements, corporate governance, and day-to-day issues. She also has experience working with new and emerging companies, corporate entity selection and formation, and a wide range of general corporate matters.
