Houdek Quoted in Patent Reform Law Article
Taft partner Jason A. Houdek was quoted in The Indiana Lawyer article “Patent reform law withstanding challenges,” which was published in the Dec. 16 issue. The article discusses the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals decision to uphold the constitutionality of the inter partes review process. Read the article here.
Houdek is a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property group and focuses his practice on patent and other intellectual property matters. He is experienced in litigating patent and trade secret disputes in federal court and in administrative challenges to patents before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent offices.
