Hupfer Appointed to Ivy Tech Board of Trustees

Taft partner Kyle Hupfer has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. The appointment was made by Governor Eric J. Holcomb on Friday, June 14. Hupfer will serve on the board until June 30, 2027.

Hupfer focuses his practice at Taft on business law and provides counsel on various business and other legal issues, public policy matters, municipal finance, P3 projects, and strategic development. His clients include both emerging and established businesses, as well as individuals, trade associations and their members, tax-exempt organizations, and governmental and quasi-governmental entities. Hupfer offers a unique perspective with his experience, positioning him as a trusted advisor to both business and government clients. He brings high level senior experience through his prior business executive roles, including chief administrative officer and general counsel at IMMI and vice president and general counsel at ETC Proliance Energy, as well as through his private law and government experience.
