As Minneapolis partner in charge, Weinberg serves as outside general counsel to a variety of clients and industries; however, the majority of his work arises from real estate development and construction. In addition, he serves many clients in the areas of liquor licensing and regulatory issues, and hospitality.
Libby Jacobson is an associate in Taft’s Real Estate practice group in Minneapolis. Jacobson earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in English, with distinction, from the University of Minnesota. While in law school, Jacobson served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and was also managing editor of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review.
