Sonya represented Kingsley throughout this multi-phase and multi-year process, successfully navigating the Historic Conservation Board, City Planning Commission, and City Council, to secure all necessary historic and zoning approvals. The Mingo addresses the crucial need for housing in Cincinnati and Evanston by providing diverse housing options to various income levels.
