Taft partner Sonya Jindal Tork is pleased to have acted as legal counsel for Kingsley + Co. in securing unanimous final Cincinnati City Planning Commission planned development approval for Phase 1 of The Mingo, a $67 million, 240-unit multi-family development in Cincinnati’s Evanston neighborhood. Sonya represented Kingsley throughout this multi-phase and multi-year process, successfully navigating the Historic Conservation Board, City Planning Commission, and City Council, to secure all necessary historic and zoning approvals. The Mingo addresses the crucial need for housing in Cincinnati and Evanston by providing diverse housing options to various income levels.
