Jindal Tork to Speak at Black Developers Conference
Taft Cincinnati partner Sonya Jindal Tork will participate in a panel discussion on “Brokerage and its Impact on Real Estate Development” at the Black Developers Conference on Sept. 8, 2023. In this session, panelists will discuss the art of market analysis, deal structuring, and negotiation.
The conference, championed by the office of Councilman Reggie Harris, a member of the Real Estate Accelerator Lab (REAL) 5.0 cohort, represents a collaborative effort on behalf of The City of Cincinnati, The Port, Cincinnati Development Fund, and The Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association to increase minority development opportunities by fostering public/private partnerships and eliminating barriers that hinder the opportunities for minority firms to obtain favorable contracts.
It facilitates a tangible connection of resources between the region’s minority developers and development opportunities through streamlined access to both ULI Cincinnati’s REAL program and The Port’s Queen City Develop Program. Jindal Tork is also a member of ULI Cincinnati’s REAL 5.0 cohort.
