Johnson Selected as Steering Committee Member for United Way’s Emerging Leaders Program
Taft attorney B. Ronan Johnson has been selected as a steering committee member for the United Way of Central Indiana’s Emerging Leader Program. The program engages philanthropic young professionals, age 40 and younger, through volunteer opportunities, leadership development and social/networking events.
Johnson is a member of the firm's Business and Finance group. His practice primarily focuses on providing general corporate advice to local companies and representing private equity funds, large multi-national corporations, family-held businesses and individuals in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations.
Johnson was a participant in the IndyBar Bar Leader Series (Class XII) and was a member of the 2014 Class of IU Health Methodist Hospital’s Inspiring Leaders. He graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in 2002. Johnson earned his Juris Doctorate from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2009, where he served as an associate editor of the Journal of Law & Policy.
