Juelson, McLeod, and Midden to Speak at 2022 Probate and Trust Law Section Conference
Taft Minneapolis partners Amanda Juelson, Bob McLeod, and Alison Midden will speak at the 2022 Probate and Trust Law Section Conference, held June 13-14, 2022, in Minnesota.
Amanda Juelson will host a session on June 14, titled, “Tools You Can Use to Transfer Assets.”
Bob McLeod will host a session on June 13, titled, “2022 Non-Tax Case Law Update.”
Alison Midden will host a session on June 14, titled “10 Facts You Should Know About the Minnesota and Federal Estate Tax.”

Juelson is a member of the Private Client and Estate Planning practice groups. She assists individuals with their estate planning and probate issues and estate and trust administration matters. In addition, she provides clients with legal counsel regarding elder law issues.
As a member of Taft’s Private Client group, McLeod practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, taxation, probate, trusts, and guardianships and conservatorships. McLeod collaborated with the Minnesota Legislature on drafting the state’s probate and guardianship law, and assisted in developing the court-approved forms requested by the state for use by attorneys practicing guardianship and conservatorship law.
Midden co-chairs the firm’s Private Client and Estate Planning practice groups. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and nonprofits. Midden also works with a variety of tax-exempt corporations and charitable trusts, helping organizations obtain and keep tax-exempt status, and advising on governance, structure, and compliance with federal and state tax law.
