Kendra Follett & T. Parker Schenken Serve on Project Subcommittee for 5th Edition of NABL Model Bond Opinion Report
The fifth edition of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) Model Bond Opinion Report has been published and public finance attorneys and NABL members Kendra Follett and T. Parker Schenken served on the project subcommittee tasked with developing the report. Designed to reflect current municipal bond practices, the NABL Model Bond Opinion Report contains letters of opinions regarding the validity of, source of payment and security for, and tax status of bonds or other financial obligations of states or their political subdivisions. The initial edition of the report was created in 1982 and 1983, with each subsequent revision incorporating significant legal updates in the industry.
