Kennedy to Present at IICLE Teleseminar
Taft partner John F. Kennedy will present “Annotated Business Documents: Employment Contracts with Restrictive Covenants and Confidentiality” at a March 27 teleseminar from noon – 1:00 pm (CST), hosted by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (“IICLE”). His presentation will cover types of covenants, limitations on covenants, defining trade secrets, identifying misappropriation and enforcement provisions. The program is designed to help attendees:
