Khuans Leads Loyola Law Moot Court Team to National Final Rounds
Taft Chicago attorney Nicollette Khuans coached Loyola University Chicago School of Law’s National Moot Court Team in the regional rounds of the 75th Annual National Moot Court Competition. Loyola’s team finished as the runner-up and will advance to the national final rounds in New York City in January 2025. Khuans has served as a coach for the last eight years.
Loyola’s moot court program fields 16 Moot Court competition teams. Faculty, alumni, and other members of the bar serve as coaches for the teams.
Khuans focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She routinely represents large and small businesses in the technology, construction, insurance, banking, manufacturing, and food and beverage industries. Khuans is also skilled in representing her clients in matters relating to contract disputes, shareholder disputes, employee whistleblowing, trade secrets, and breaches of fiduciary duties.
