Kissel Elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel
Taft partner Richard O. Kissel has been elected a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He was selected for membership based on his outstanding reputation, exceptional skill and substantial contributions to the practice of probate, trust and estate planning by scholarly writing, lecturing, teaching and participating in bar activities.
Kissel is a member of Taft’s Private Client group. He has practiced law for more than 31 years and is certified as an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist by the Indiana State Bar Association. His practice areas include estate and business succession planning, income tax, retirement and charitable planning, corporate transactions, buy-sell agreements and other matters affecting closely held businesses.
