Mark Kowalsky has been recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” in the area of securities litigation in Detroit by Best Lawyers. Jeffrey M. Weiss made the announcement.

Kowalsky works closely with the data privacy & cybersecurity and securities litigation & enforcement defense practice groups. He specializes in securities litigation, and represents national securities firms, public and privately held corporations and individuals. He has an ample amount of experience and practice in federal and state courts, arbitration, mediation and in securities law. He also provides counsel with securities broker-dealer and investment advisor issues. He previously earned the “Lawyer of the Year” recognition in securities litigation in 2019.

Kowalsky earned a Bachelor of Arts from University of Michigan and a J.D. from University of Michigan School of Law.
