The article discusses the shifts in policy and controversies regarding COVID-19 vaccinations and requirements for business employees and customers.

Krivda is a partner in Taft’s Employment Law and Labor Law groups and also serves as Taft’s chief human resources officer, responsible for providing leadership and establishing and implementing human resources strategies to support the policies, practices and operations for the Taft organization.
