Lady Co-Presented at ISBA Tax Reform Seminar
Taft partner Todd Lady co-presented at the “2017 Tax Reform, A Review” seminar hosted by the Indiana State Bar Association on March 28. The panelists discussed topics including the Federal Tax Reform and the Choice of Entity, Section 199A 20% Business Deduction for Pass through or Schedule C Owners and changes in estate and gift tax. The event was sponsored by the ISBA Taxation and Probate, Trust & Real Property Sections.
Lady focuses his practice on general corporate taxation and international tax matters. He frequently represents clients with respect to domestic and cross-border M&A, inbound investment by non-U.S. persons, taxation of financial instruments and foreign currency denominated investments, choice of legal entity and the application of the United States tax-treaty network. Lady is also a member of Taft’s Executive Committee.
