Lafeber, Lutz, and Peluchette to Serve on Panel at 2024 Midwest IP Institute
Taft Intellectual Property attorneys Michael Lafeber, Hannah Lutz, and Neil Peluchette will speak at the 2024 Midwest IP Institute in Minneapolis on Sept. 26. Lafeber will serve as a moderator, and Lutz and Peluchette will be panelists for the session “WHAC-A-MOLE: Navigating the Morass of Internet Take-Down Procedures and Cost Effectively Combatting Online Infringement.” Lafeber also serves on the 2024 Midwest IP Institute’s Planning Committee.

Lafeber specializes in defending and maximizing the value of his clients’ intellectual property. He has litigated more than 100 intellectual property related matters in United States District Court, including multiple patent infringement, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and trade secret misappropriation matters.
Lutz is a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property group and focuses her practice on trademark and copyright matters. She counsels clients in all areas of trademark portfolio management, and on trademark clearance searches in the U.S. and abroad.
Peluchette is an attorney in Taft’s Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation practice groups. With more than five years of experience in trademark and internet copyright enforcement, Neil advises his clients on matters relating to litigation, trademark infringement, and copyright prosecution.
