Lash Joins the Firm
Joseph Lash has joined the firm’s Southfield office as a partner with the firm’s real estate and corporate law practice groups.

Lash concentrates his practice primarily on commercial real estate and business law. He has represented a wide variety of clients, including entrepreneurs, developers, manufacturers, law firms, physicians, dentists, banks, landlords and tenants, in all aspects of their business. Common transactions that Lash helps manage include the formation of business entities; purchase and sale of businesses, land and buildings; negotiation of leases (shopping center, industrial, office, etc.) and employment agreements; syndication of investment opportunities; and negotiation of loan documents.
Lash spent over 20 years as a shareholder at his previous firm, building valuable business relationships and developing an impressive list of clients throughout the area. He graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in history in 1991. Lash earned his J.D. in 1994 from Wayne State University Law School, where he served as assistant editor of the Wayne Law Review.
