Lee, Morgan, and Starnes to Present at Aim Ideas Summit
Taft attorneys Chou-il Lee, Donnie Morgan, and Cam Starnes will present at Aim Ideas Summit, which will be held Oct. 5-7 in French Lick, Ind. Their session “Municipal Jeopardy” will take place on Oct. 6 and will include an interactive presentation and panel.
Lee concentrates his practice on all matters involving litigation and municipal representation. He has worked for multiple Indiana counties, cities, and towns in a variety of positions, including serving eight years as Corporation Counsel for the City of Terre Haute.
Morgan is an experienced appellate advocate, litigator, and advisor to public-sector and business clients. He has served in Mayor Joe Hogsett’s administration as corporation counsel and chief litigation counsel for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County.
Starnes focuses his practice on representing municipal and private clients in economic development and redevelopment projects and public project delivery. He has served Indianapolis and Lawrence administrations in legal as well as redevelopment/economic development staff roles, and has broad experience with municipal real estate acquisition/disposition, public-private partnerships, economic development incentives, and brownfield redevelopment.
