Leyendecker Joins Taft's Minneapolis Office
Taft welcomes Leah Leyendecker to the firm’s Intellectual Property practice in the Minneapolis office.
Leah focuses her practice on commercial transactions driven by intellectual property, intangible assets, and technology. She has extensive experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating technology-related agreements, including licenses and master services agreements, SaaS agreements, technology development agreements, and sponsorship agreements.
Leah is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the field of U.S. laws and regulations (CIPP/US), and she also holds the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) accreditation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Leah also provides strategic counsel on the intellectual property and technology aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
