Lutz to Host INTA Roundtable
Taft Intellectual Property attorney Hannah Lutz will host the International Trademark Association and North America Roundtable at Taft Minneapolis on Jan. 28. The program “Annual Case Law Review” will provide insights for IP practitioners on key trademark decisions at the federal and district court levels, as well as at the U.S. Supreme Court. Speakers will also discuss how these cases impact the IP landscape.

Lutz is a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property group and focuses her practice on trademark and copyright matters. She counsels clients in all areas of trademark portfolio management, and on trademark clearance searches in the U.S. and abroad.
