McDonald to Speak at ACG Cincinnati Luncheon
Taft partner Rob McDonald will lead a one-on-one conversation with Mark Heimbouch, chief operating officer of Worldpay (NYSE: WP), at the ACG Cincinnati lunch on March 28. Coming off Vantiv’s $10.4 billion merger with Worldpay, McDonald and Heimbouch will discuss how Vantiv — through capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions and organic growth — has grown from a spin off of Fifth Third Bank in 2009 to the global payments leader it is today.
