Taft Minneapolis partner Bob McLeod was featured in an interview with local radio news station WCCO and discussed legal procedures and precautions if someone were to win the Mega Millions jackpot. McLeod commented on the importance of keeping the news private after winning big.

McLeod is a member of Taft’s Private Client group. He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, taxation, probate, trusts, and guardianships and conservatorship. McLeod collaborated with the Minnesota Legislature on drafting the state’s probate and guardianship law and assisted in developing the court-approved forms requested by the state for use by attorneys practicing guardianship and conservatorship law.
