Meister Leads ABA Fiduciary Litigation Presentation On Virtual Technology Practices
Julia B. Meister presented to the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trust & Estate Section on Wednesday, Nov. 11. She addressed fiduciary litigators across the country on conducting court proceedings via Zoom and other virtual technology, with a focus on considerations for vulnerable parties.
Meister is co-chair of the ABA Probate & Fiduciary Litigation Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. She leads the firm’s Wealth Transfer Litigation practice and is an elected Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
