Meister Speaks at Ohio State Bar Association’s Probate and Estate Planning Institute
Taft Cincinnati partner Julia Meister spoke at the Ohio State Bar Association’s Marvin R. Pliskin Advanced Probate and Estate Planning Institute on Sept. 6, 2024. Meister presented on the topic “How to Help Clients Avoid (or Weather) the Probate Litigation Tsunami,” which offered insights into managing and mitigating the risks associated with probate litigation.
Meister is a partner in Taft’s Litigation, Health & Life Sciences, and Private Client groups, where she leads the firm’s Wealth Transfer Litigation practice. She is a long serving member of the OSBA’s Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section Council. She is an elected fellow in the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel and is recognized in Chambers and Partners, Best Lawyers in America, Ohio Super Lawyers and Cincinnati Leading Lawyers.
