Meister to Moderate Panel Session at OSBA Marvin R. Pliskin Advanced Probate and Estate Planning Seminar
Taft partner Julia B. Meister will moderate one of the seven sessions at the Marvin R. Pliskin Advanced Probate and Estate Planning Seminar. Meister will moderate the session “Intelligent Case Evaluation in Light of New Trends in Probate Litigation,” which focuses on the evaluation and economics of pursuing and defending matters involving inheritance controversies, including new trends in probate litigation that may affect case evaluation and recovery. Meister also served on the seminar’s planning committee.
Meister is a partner in Taft’s Litigation, Health & Life Sciences and Private Client groups and heads Taft’s Cincinnati Fiduciary Litigation practice.
