Meister to Participate in ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law 25th Annual Symposia
Julia B. Meister, Taft partner and head of the firm's Cincinnati Estates, Trusts and Fiduciary Litigation practice, will be a panel participant at the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law 25th Annual Spring Symposia, which will take place May 1-2 in Chicago, Ill. The presentation, titled “Silver Hair and Fighting Heirs: Contested Guardianships,” will survey national trends and new developments in contested guardianships and other pre-death events that impact the assets and care of the incapacitated, as well as their estates at death. Meister is a vice-chair of the ABA’s Ethics and Malpractice Committee of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section.
