Taft partner Russell Menyhart moderated the panel discussion on benefit corporations at the Leadership Engagement & Discovery (LEAD) Conference: Investing to Change the World by 2050, hosted by the Tobias Leadership Center on Feb. 9. The two-day event featured presentations on the changing landscape of funding social impact businesses and building sustainable organizations.

Menyhart is a member of Taft’s Litigation and Social Enterprise practices. He is actively involved in promoting the growth of purpose-driven companies, social enterprises and impact investing in Indiana and advises social entrepreneurs on how legal structures, such as benefit corporations, can express and promote their values.
