Menyhart Presented to University of Indianapolis Social Entrepreneurship Class
Taft partner Russell Menyhart presented “Legal Models for Social Entrepreneurs” to a social entrepreneurship class at the University of Indianapolis on Jan. 17.
Menyhart is a member of Taft’s Litigation and Social Enterprise practices. He is actively involved in promoting the growth of purpose-driven companies, social enterprises and impact investing in Indiana and advises social entrepreneurs on how legal structures, such as benefit corporations, can express and promote their values.
