Menyhart Quoted in Article on Executive Order Suspending Immigration
Taft partner Russell Menyhart was quoted in the article “Coronavirus: Trump to halt new U.S. green cards, with exceptions,” which was published by the South China Morning Post on April 22.
Menyhart is a former diplomat with extensive international experience, most recently serving as political unit chief at the U.S. Consulate in Shanghai from 2011-2014. He assists clients in navigating international legal issues, and a substantial portion of his practice is focused on foreign investment and international trade, including CFIUS, anti-corruption compliance and export controls. Menyhart is also a member of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and a fellow in its Public Intellectuals Program.
