Miller to Speak at Public-Private Partnership (P3) Finance WebCourse
Taft partner Chris Miller will be a speaker at the Intro Public-Private Partnership (P3) Finance WebCourse hosted by the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA) as part of the CDFA Summer School. He will present at the P3 Case Studies Session on Aug. 13. The course will examine P3 financing as a development finance model with a focus on how development finance agencies can adopt P3 principles to address a variety of projects. Learn more here.
Miller advises private entities, public agencies, and individuals on legal and practical issues relating to energy and utility matters, telecommunications (both wired and wireless), broadband services, information technology, and associated regulatory matters. He has represented many clients in the formation and operation of sophisticated P3s involving energy and telecommunications infrastructure.
