Mock Trial Team Coached by Zachary Heck Goes to State
The Centerville High School Mock Trial Team, coached by Taft associate Zachary Heck, won the Clermont County’s Mock Trial Competition. The team advanced to the Ohio state competition held in Columbus, Ohio in March. The Dayton Daily News ran a full-length article on the four teams that Centerville fielded as co-advised by Heck. This is Heck’s 12th year as coach for Centerville High School.
Heck’s practice focuses on privacy and data security. He assists clients in the areas of privacy compliance, defense litigation, class action defense and guidance in the aftermath of an information security event, including data breach. Heck is a frequent presenter and author of cutting-edge data privacy and cybersecurity issues and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in the field of United States laws and regulations.
