Mullins and Ungerman, Taft Dayton Office, Named 2009 Ohio Super Lawyers

Dayton, OH – Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, Dayton office, proudly announces Jeffrey A. Mullins and Fred A. Ungerman, Jr., were recently named 2009 Ohio Super Lawyers for their work in Employment & Labor. Mullins, Partner-in-Charge of the Dayton office, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton and summa cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a member of the Dayton and Ohio Bar Associations, American Health Lawyers Association, Associated Builders and Contractors and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Ungerman, a Taft partner and co-chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Department, concentrates his practice representing public and private sector employers in labor, construction and employment disputes. He has appeared on a variety of programs sponsored by the Ohio Valley Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, the Dayton Chamber of Commerce and various employers’ associations. Ungerman is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State and American Bar Associations.
