Taft partner Peter Nealis was recognized with National Business Institute’s (NBI) 2023 “Outstanding Faculty Award.” NBI considers quantity of speaking engagements, presentation quality, and course evaluations when determining who will receive this award.

NBI is a provider of continuing legal education for lawyers and support staff. Each year, NBI holds thousands of programs, taught by accomplished attorneys, professors, judges, and professionals across the country.

Nealis has represented many private businesses, including start-ups and emerging growth companies, in their initial capital raising ventures and subsequent private placements and has substantial experience in the area of partnership and limited liability company formation and governance, and related tax issues.
