Taft partner Peter Nealis was a panelist at SOFWERX’s Small Business Boot Camp on March 28, 2024. He spoke on “Raising Capital.”

SOFWERX’s Small Business Boot Camp is produced in coordination with the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). It will provide a forum for small businesses with technologies that support National Security Interests and/or the USSOCOM technology interest areas to learn more about doing business with USSOCOM.

Nealis has represented many private businesses, including start-ups and emerging growth companies, in their initial capital raising ventures and subsequent private placements and has substantial experience in the area of partnership and limited liability company formation and governance, and related tax issues.
