Pierce Tucker Invited to Speak at 2020 Inclusion Summit
Janica Pierce Tucker, Columbus office partner-in-charge, is an invited presenter at the 2020 Inclusion Summit Virtual Leadership Series. The summit will broadcast on Oct. 22–23. Pierce Tucker’s presentation, “How are Employers – and Employees – Functioning During this Unprecedented Period of Pandemic and Civil Unrest,” will be delivered via Zoom on Oct. 22 at 3 p.m. EDT.
Her session will address the journey toward inclusive work environments, involving:
- Statistics related to minority workers;
- Challenges due to personal assumptions by business leaders;
- Amplification of non-inclusive team dynamics due to remote work context;
- Microaggressions and related negative work behaviors.

Pierce Tucker earned her J.D. in 2002 from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and focuses her practice on representing clients in all aspects of employment and labor law.
