Pleshivoy to Speak on Illinois Estate Planning at IICLE Program
Taft Chicago partner Julie Pleshivoy will speak at the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) Estate Planning Short Course on May 17 in Chicago and June 7 in Champaign, Illinois. The extensive program will explore regulations, strategies, and best standards in estate planning. Pleshivoy will present during the breakout session “Drafting Tips to Avoid Litigation,” discussing personal property provision, limiting disclosure of the full trust under 813.1, and use of trust protector.
