Polak Elected to Park Tudor Board of Directors
Taft partner Jonathan G. Polak has been elected to the Park Tudor Board of Directors. Park Tudor is an independent school in the Indianapolis area with a mission to create an inspiring college-preparatory learning environment, with exceptional educators and extraordinary opportunities.
Polak is chair of Taft’s Intellectual Property practice. He is a nationally-recognized trial attorney who handles high stakes cases for both large and small companies around the United States. His cases involve the full range of issues in IP-related litigation and he has appeared before state and federal courts across the United States, the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board and private arbitration panels.
