Polak Quoted in IBJ Article
Taft partner Jonathan G. Polak was quoted in the Indianapolis Business Journal article “Verge goes national, finds friction over name,” which was published on Feb. 27. Polak represents Verge in a trademark infringement lawsuit, with the assistance of Taft associate Zach Gordon. Verge is a client of Taft partner Jeffrey J. Kirk.
