Razdolsky Rothstein to Speak on Panel at 2024 Concepts Conference
Taft senior counsel Katherine Razdolsky Rothstein will be a speaker at the 2024 Concepts Conference on Sept. 26 at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa in Acme, Michigan. The Concepts Conference, hosted by The Clearing House Payments Authority (TCHPA), brings together payments professionals for the latest industry updates, networking, and strategy building. Razdolsky Rothstein will speak during the session “Ask the Payments Attorneys,” discussing payments law developments and hot topics. The panelists will cover current legal concerns, including fraud trends, Regulation E, fintech relationships, and the CFPB’s section 1033 rulemaking, among others.

Razdolsky Rothstein is senior counsel in Taft’s Paytech and Payment Systems practice group, where she counsels business clients on a wide variety of payment and technology related matters.
