Taft partner Marci A. Reddick is the recipient of the 2021 Zeff Weiss Award for Excellence in Real Estate, bestowed by the Indianapolis Bar Association. The honor recognizes lawyers who are shining examples of the extraordinary and positive achievements to the Indiana real estate and development community that were embodied by Zeff Weiss, whose significant commercial real estate practice is credited with significant high-profile projects that grew Indianapolis’ skyline over many years, until his passing in 2014.

Reddick represents clients in all phases of real estate acquisition, sales, finance, leasing, public/private partnerships, and development. She also has extensive experience representing clients before various local land use authorities regarding platting, variances, and other zoning matters. Reddick was inducted into the first annual Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2011 and is a frequent speaker on real estate and business law matters.
