Ryan Henry Named to Top Rank Attorneys 2024 List in Nevada Business Magazine

Sherman & Howard public finance attorney Ryan Henry has been named to the Northern Nevada Top Rank Attorneys 2024 list by Nevada Business Magazine.

“I’m honored to have received this recognition the past two years,” said Henry. “This recognition is a reflection of the impactful work we do in the firm’s Nevada offices and our commitment to the success of our clients.”

Henry represents governmental issuers, as well as other transaction participants, in public finance transactions in Nevada. He serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and issuer’s counsel in a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable public finance transactions. Henry also represents numerous public issuers, helps issuers finance and refinance a wide array of public improvement projects, advises issuers on the legal requirements at every step of the issuance process, and provides guidance on compliance with applicable federal tax, state, and securities laws.

The Top Rank Attorneys list is comprised of respected attorneys across the state who are voted for inclusion by their peers. Several thousand nominations were submitted, and each attorney who made the list had to receive enough votes to qualify and went through several levels of verification and scrutiny. Once a vote was verified, each nominee was scored based on the number and type of votes received. Votes received from attorneys at another firm were weighted more heavily than those who voted on attorneys from their own firm.

Formerly known as Legal Elite, the list has been featured in Nevada Business Magazine since 2007.
